Only having girls, I try to sympathize with moms of boys as much as I can when it comes to shopping. I love buying my daughters clothes (there are so many pinks, dresses, flowers, hearts, etc to choose from!) and both of their closets are proof of my shopping habits. Having had quite the cheeks and thighs, I've called her my Chunky Monkey from early on (now that she's thinned out, she's just Monkey. My Crazy Monkey). I'm sure I'm not original in using that nickname, but how about having a shirt to show it off?


At one of Little Sister B's first doctor appointments, we had a different nurse than we normally do and she kept referring to Little Sister B as a boy. He, his, him... Early on in our marriage my husband made up a story about having to mow the lawn so often when he was growing up that he now hates to do it. Being the kind wife I am, I didn't mind taking over that chore knowing that my poor husband had basically been traumatized pushing the lawn mower. Talking with his mother at one point YEARS LATER, I came to discover that the story was completely false. To rub in the amount of harassment he received after that, I could definitely see dressing his daughter in this:

When I opened the package from Snugfits, I was immediately amazed with how soft the tee was. Other websites might use words like "super combed cotton" and "luxuriously thick and buttery soft," but with Snugfits, it really is true. This shirt was much thicker and softer than pretty much any of the others that Little Sister B owned. Upon picking it up, I also really appreciated the longer length of this lap tee because I knew I wouldn't have to keep pulling and adjusting it every time she crawled around or was picked up.

When it came time to put the tee on her, the high standards Snugfits holds for quality became evident. The elastic stretch was just enough that Little Sister B slid into the envelope-style neck and reinforced sleeves and the shirt wasn't left pulled out of shape. It fit her just right without being at all restrictive of her movements... and more movements... and... hey! Now what are you into?!
