It's cold. Cold, cold, cold. With many more weeks of winter still left looming ahead (groan) I'm feeling like it's a good time to wrap up in a blanket and hibernate until spring. Or at least spend the afternoon on the couch alternating between a good book, some reality television, my laptop and napping.

But, wait. I'm picky.

I don't just want to cuddle up in any old blanket, I want a blanket that gives me options while still looking great and being soft and comfortable. I want to have use of my arms, a place to keep my hands warm and a roomy pocket for my feet so that they stay toasty, too. And, while we're at it, let's make this blanket out of gorgeous Coral Fleece that is luxuriously silky and plush.

The Nuddle Blanket (nap + cuddle = nuddle) was created to fulfill the wishes of those of us who want options in a blanket but don't want to settle when it comes to quality. Usually when you try to keep your shoulders covered, your feet stick out. Or, if your blanket has sleeves, it was made to be one-size and they hang down past your hands so it makes it difficult to eat or type.

Hands-free access through the arm holes in the Nuddle allow you to have your arms out if you would like but, if you don't, it still makes a beautiful throw (and there aren't awkward sleeves in your way). Need a place to put your hands when you're relaxing? The outer pouch is conveniently located to stick them in to stay warm while being enveloped in softness.

The draping of the fabric along the top of the Nuddle is just right to keep your shoulders covered while the enclosed foot pocket is a genius way to make sure your feet don't get left out. With plenty of room for both feet, I love the way that my toes are no longer forgotten about and have an area of their own that is just as snug as the rest of me.

Did I mention the complete and utter softness of the Nuddle already? Previously I had thought that any blanket that feels this amazing to the touch must be a baby blanket, those incredibly cozy ones that pamper a little one's delicate skin. A Nuddle really is that soft - so much so that I have a hard time not continually running my hands over it to enjoy the feeling. It is no wonder a blanket this inviting comes in colors such as Merlot (seen at left), Chocolate and Latte. Mmmmmmm.

The Nuddle Blanket is 55" wide by 71" long, so it works for anyone, no matter if you are short like me or tall like my husband. In fact, recently when I went to see what he was doing while our daughters were napping, I found him in the lounge chair in our bedroom with the television on while wearing the Nuddle...
