Miraclebody Jeans {Review & Giveaway} Look 10 lbs lighter in 10 seconds!

There are a lot of things that we take for granted in our lives that we don't realize until it's too late. Having parents who pay the bills while you're younger, maybe a significant other that treated you better than you thought they did while in high school or college or throwing on a pair of jeans and a top and not worrying about how they would fit before having kids.

Because once those things are gone and you have to make the money yourself, find a better mate or figure out a way to zip up a pair of jeans and not have an unfriendly muffin top, you understand now what you didn't back then. Fortunately, Miraclebody has found a way to help you out with at least one of those issues - all the while keeping you stylish and hiding your flaws with their innovative slimming jeans.
I imagine that there aren't all that many women out there that read the slogan "Look 10 lbs lighter in 10 seconds" and think, "Nah, that's not for me. I'm not really interested in appearing 10 pounds lighter." And, if there are, I don't really want to know them, anyway.

For me, however, my interest was immediately peaked. Really? An instant 10 pounds gone? Having heard of Miraclesuit, the swimwear that contours, slims, shapes and firms the body while giving the same appearance of weight loss, I was only too happy to hear that the same idea had been carried over into form-flattering, fashionable apparel (jeans, leggings, skirts and tops) that Miraclebody has introduced for women of all shapes and sizes.

Available in boot cut, straight, skinny and cropped, I was ready to see the miracle in person... which arrived in the form of the stylish Samantha Jeans (bootcut with a classic pocket), in a great dark wash.

I'm a big fan of boot cut jeans, as the subtle flair out at the bottom has always seemed to help create some balance for my hips, so I couldn't have been happier with this pair of jeans right off the bat. After admiring the durable construction and clean, classic stitching, right away I could feel that these were made out of a stretchier material than traditional denim.

The blend of cotton and spandex in Miraclebody jeans allows them to give a little bit when worn while still being strong enough to have the control to slim you down. In fact, I was surprised at just how much they were able to stretch when I gave them a little tug.
When it came time to put them on, the Samantha jeans were easy to pull on and zip up. The 10" mid-rise did put them up higher than what I was used to, however, that way they sat right on my hips and kept all of my problem areas tucked away inside. With the inner tummy control panel, suddenly there wasn't anything spilling out or any unsightly post-baby mama pooch for the world to see.

As these jeans also rise higher in the back, no matter which way I bent or squatted down, they didn't gap or slide like a lot of my pants do that cause me to constantly check to make sure I'm not giving anyone behind me a show.

With the 32" inseam, these jeans were a bit too long on me (I'm only 5'4") but that's nothing that a little hemming can't solve. It would be great in the future if Miraclebody offered their unique apparel in different lengths (e.g. short, medium and long) for a more custom fit, but, until then, I like my jeans a little long anyway!
