It has been mentioned here once... twice... or maybe half a dozen times that we have a thing for pediped footwear. From the time I bought Big Sister E's first pair of Originals (sigh, they seem so tiny now!) to Little Sister B's love for the pediped Flex style that she is currently wearing around town (and receiving many, many compliments on), we have been smitten.
The unparalleled quality, comfort and distinctive fashionable styles - with new ones being added all the time - are perfect for everything from casual to dressy. And in doesn't matter what age or stage of development your child is in, from infant to 6+ pediped has a pair of shoes that will keep their feet safe, healthy and looking good at the same time.
So, just when I thought pediped couldn't get much better, they did. They have taken their already-impressive mission of giving back to children in need and taken it one step further this year with the launch of the pediped foundation.
Since pediped's inception in 2004, they have been committed to bettering the lives of children and have donated nearly $700,000 in monetary and product donations to children's charities. This includes over $445,000 to the Make-A-Wish foundation, which has helped to grant 60 wishes for children, and 2,000 pairs of shoes to the children of Haiti.
By now establishing the pediped foundation, this will help foster even more ways for pediped to reach their goal of enhancing the lives of children - as the giving arm, the mission of the pediped foundation is to provide financial support to charities and organizations that are also aligned with that goal.
Through working with charities that are dedicated to the health, education, basic necessities and the personal fulfillment of children around the world, 100% of the funds raised by the pediped foundation will go directly to these life-changing organizations.
So how can you help? By outfitting the child(ren) in your life with amazing shoes, of course! pediped footwear is hosting a fundraiser called Purchases with Purpose from now until February 6th that will directly benefit the pediped foundation.
If you've been considering buying a pair of shoes for your child, CHECK OUT THIS SALE. Select styles are marked down as much as 50% and half of the sales from the promotion will be donated to the pediped foundation, where the funds will be used to provide monetary support to worthy children's charities such as the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Whether you're shopping for a pair of great boots for winter, dressy shoes for Easter or a pair of sandals for summer, don't wait! A couple of my favorite adorable styles like the Elizabeth boot in light brown ($40), the Christina in pewter metallic ($28) and the Riley in fuchsia ($24) are at lower prices than I've ever seen... and c'mon! My girls' feet would be so cute in them!
For footwear that is designed for growing feet and is comfortable, extremely well-made and comes in a style for every little personality, pediped was already a great place to shop. Now, with the addition of their wonderful charitable efforts, the creation of the pediped foundation and the Purchases with Purpose fundraiser, you will not only end up with great shoes, but the knowledge that you are helping to fund a good cause.
(Information about pediped, the pediped foundation and Purchases for a Purpose was provided to me, as well as a pair of pediped Flex shoes that will be the subject of an upcoming review. However, none of that had any effect on my opinions and love for pediped footwear, these shoes rock)

Hehe I want a pair as well, I think I just mentioned that in my post about the pediped Foundation:) Such a wonderful cause!
We love Pediped, too. Now that Kaila is walking it's one of the few shoes she actually wants to wear.
