After a few weeks of telling you about Childrens Hospital, my relationship with the show is coming to an end.
Not with the show itself, mind you, because Season 1 & 2 of this Webby Award-winning hilarious digital series about a medical staff that aims to heal their patients through irreverent humor and unconventional methods can now be found on DVD (and they are gearing up to return for a third season as well).
No, my relationship with Childrens Hospital is coming to an end in telling you about their crazy antics and funny situations. In fact, breakups are something that shows knows all about... but in an elaborate, wild way that fits.
For instance, in Childrens Hospital Dr. Owen Maestro’s ex-girlfriend/co-worker lied by telling him she had a tumor just to break up with him. Ouch!
I can't say that I have ever gone that far, nor do I know anyone in person who has had a breakup story that drastic. However, I have definitely spent my time being there to listen to friends over the years that have put up with things like being dumped through email or by a text message, discovering a significant other was cheating, or even being sat down by boyfriend's roommate to be told that it was over. What jerks!
For outrageous and extreme comedy that is sure to have you chuckling, tune into Childrens Hospital on the Cartoon Network and keep an eye out for Season 1 & 2 on DVD.
What’s the craziest excuse you’ve heard, given or received when breaking up with someone?
I have been hired by Warner Bros. WBWord division to promote Childrens Hospital Season 1&2 on DVD. You can purchase a copy here.
