Keep a food journal for at least a week (2 is better) and calculate your calorie counts, as well as fat and sugar grams. I thought I knew what I was eating but I was SOOO off!

Once I could see the numbers, it was easy to make adjustments and the weight's been coming off ever since :)

My best weight loss tip is to keep the snacks out of the house. If I'm strong at the grocery store once a week I don't have to be strong all the time at home. If I have to leave the house to get ice cream or a coke, I won't eat it nearly as much.

My best tip is to get up and be active during commercials if you're watching TV. Make those times your time to get exercise in. Thanks.
