My best weight loss tip would be to eat small meals every few hours to keep your metabolism up, and to drink as much water or tea with/between meals as possible to keep yourself full and curb cravings. Thanks!

My best weight loss tip is to simply walk more! Take the stairs at work instead of the elevator, walk to lunch instead of driving and always just make yourself get up when you'd rather stay on the couch!
