No eating or munching after 6pm. Your body takes awhile to digests and eating late causes it to lay in your stomach and it takes longer to work off.If you get hungry start drinking water, it will fill you up.

I have no set plan, but I will usually walk with friends at work around a nearby lake which I've found is 1.7 miles that we cover in 30 minutes, and swimming with my kids as much as I can. Honestly, it's the cooking of healthy meals that I need help with. I tend to go with pasta when I'm short on time and I know there must be better options available.
