Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner and Soap Scum Remover {Review & Giveaway - 2 winners!}

Although I don't think anyone can concretely answer the What is the meaning of life? question, you'll find quite a few tips on ways to best enjoy life to its fullest.

Along with the no-brainers - for example, spending time with your loved ones, finding a career where you feel appreciated, or traveling - I'm sure there would be quite a bit of agreement that anything you can do to streamline your life is a good idea.

And when it comes to one of the most un-enjoyable tasks that we all face, there's no one who knows how to take away the work and hassle of cleaning better than Scrubbing Bubbles.

Cleaning the bathroom is pretty low on nearly everyone's list of Fun Things To Do, but Scrubbing Bubbles has long been known as the name to turn to for the high quality, innovative products to make it easier. From the toilet to the shower to the counter tops, it doesn't take long to discover just how much time and energy you can save with their convenient "one and done" product solutions.

After having had positive results in the past with a variety of products, when the new Scrubbling Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Scrubbing Bubbles Orange Action Soap Scum Remover, and Scrubbing Bubbles Antibacterial Bathroom Wipes arrived, I knew that life had become easier yet once again.

The newest member of the Scrubbing Bubbles team, the One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner is a foot-activated cleaning system that helps keep the toilet effortlessly clean and fresh. Simply step on the pedal and the cleaning solution sprays 360° around the toilet bowl, tackling any stains.

Something that requires me to spend a few seconds simply stepping on a pedal? Now that's my kind of cleaning!

After seeing that there are only two pieces involved in the One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner, I started to get the idea that this was going to be a fairly easy product to use... and, after glancing at the directions, I realized that I was right.

Simply clip the nozzle over the rim inside the bowl (it is flexible so that it securely fits all types of toilet bowls) and hook the hose to itself so that it is out of the way...

...and then attach the container of cleaning solution by pressing down until it clicks into place.

That's it! All that is left is to effortlessly spray the bowl by tapping on the foot pedal and walking away to leave Scrubbing Bubbles to do the rest. The 360° spray really does reach all the way around the toilet and I've found that by letting it go to work for me once or twice a day that toilet rings, hard water marks and lime scale have stayed away. Easy as that!

The manufacturer's suggested retail price for the One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner is $9.99 for the starter kit and $3.99 for each refill that lasts up to 30 days. Currently we only have this in our master bathroom so that it stays out of reach of the kids, but I could see having them set up in multiple bathrooms in the future!

While the One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner is keeping my toilet clean, the Scrubbing Bubbles Orange Action Soap Scum Remover is doing the same for my shower and sink.

Great for shower doors (which is where we need it most), tile, tubs, showers, sinks, faucets and fixtures, this easy spray bottle produces penetrating foam that cuts through the gunk on bathroom surfaces and leaves a brilliant shine and a fresh scent behind.

Although it requires slightly more work than tapping your toes on a pedal, this Soap Scum Remover is still nearly foolproof to use. Simply spray, let stand (if necessary), wipe off, and rinse!

The way that this foam was able to cut through the soap scum on my shower door while it ran down impressed me - and I hadn't even wiped it off yet. And it continued to show positive results on all the other surfaces and locations as well, removing the dull, dirty appearances and replacing them with a crisp, clean shine.

For quick and easy wipe-ups of all of the surfaces in our bathrooms, the Scrubbing Bubbles Antibacterial Bathroom Wipes have been just the thing for on toilet seats, rims, tanks, faucets, sinks, and more.

We all know that with kids around, messes are never far behind. Particularly in the bathroom and with all of the germs this time of year, I love keeping this canister handy so that I can pull out a quick wipe to touch-up anywhere that needs it. The surfaces are left clean and shining with barely any work!

Made with biodegradable cloth, when I'm done wiping off my surfaces, I can easily discard or flush these wipes and know that they won't harm my plumbing or septic tank. Although they are designed for the bathroom, I've used them on items that are touched often in the kitchen as well and have had great results as well!
