While my family's meals vary depending on our moods, what we've eaten recently, what happens to be in our refrigerator (that is still fresh), and just how lazy I'm feeling when it comes to cooking, one meal that we can always count on is breakfast.

After a short baking time (although it was a bit torturous smelling the delicious aromas) our Cinnamon Toast Crunch muffins came out of the oven and were ready to eat.

I knew that my kids would love the sweet, cinnamon crunchiness that these muffins provided (which they did), but I was surprised when my husband (somewhat of a muffin connoisseur) commented multiple times on how much he liked them. Clearly these were a hit for all ages!
