One name that comes to mind as a part of the list that is universally-loved by boys and girls of all ages is surely Chuggington, as this CGI-animated preschool series has kids everywhere excited about riding the rails with their pals.
And, just in time to celebrate the beginning of a new school year, Anchor Bay has proved that once again with the release of their newest DVD, Traintastic Adventures, starring everyone's favorite Chuggington characters.
Available now, this fun-filled episodic collection will have any young trainee's bumpers bursting with excitement as they watch Koko, Wilson, Brewster and their friends embark on a variety of escapades that have them working together to learn important new lessons.
On this DVD, the trainees take on action-packed adventures and thrilling quests in six engaging episodes — plus a bonus Badge Quest short. Whether your young fan is watching Brewster test out a new invention, Koko try her pretty design for a new look, or the other Chuggers as they compete in a 'chug of war,' they will also be learning important lessons and positive messages while watching Chuggington's latest collection.
Episodes include:
- The Brewster Booster
- Koko's New Look
- Lights Camera Action Chugger
- Wilson and the Steam Team
- Stunt Brewster
- Hodge and the Chugnav
- Bonus Badge Quest Episode: Emergency Emery
- Chugger Spotlight: Action Chugger, Hoot & Toot
- Coloring and Activity Sheets
In addition to the DVD, Chuggington has released their first ever 'Traintastic Adventures' collector cards and map. Now your trainee can bring their favorite Chuggers with them on the go, and even trade their cards with friends.
Even better, the collector cards and map are free with the purchase of select TOMY or Anchor Bay Entertainment Chuggington products this fall!
If you have a Chuggington fan in your life, their bumpers will be bursting with excitement at the ability to watch even more Chuggington whenever and wherever they are thanks to this DVD. I appreciate that this show always finds a way to introduce valuable social skills in with their entertaining tales and that this collection is no exception.
Whether you are cheering along as Brewster tests a speedy new invention, Koko's stunt-training saves the day or Wilson gets stuck on the track lift, the trainees (along with their friends Harrison, Speedy and Action Chugger) promote the importance of accepting responsibility, tackling new challenges and being patient. Those are qualities that I love to see promoted for my kids!
Recommended for ages 3+ and with a running time of 61 minutes, Traintastic Adventures is available now with a retail price of $14.98 (a few dollars less on Amazon.com). This DVD full of train-related entertainment is sure to be an instant favorite for any child that loves Chuggington.
And, thanks to the generosity of Chuggington, one person will be honking their horns soon as well, because...
