When it comes to weight loss, I think everyone would agree that it's pretty much a roller coaster ride. There are ups, there are downs, and hopefully by the time you reach your destination, the results are positive (technically I suppose good results would actually be negative numbers, but you get the point).

So what can you do to help increase your chances of success? As well as diet, exercise, information, support and more, staying confident is a major factor. Personally, as soon as I lose track of the big picture, my mind starts to play tricks on me, taunting me that I'm never going to reach my goal.

Installing the four included batteries was a cinch and I set the scale down on the floor to give it a try. Right away I appreciated that the four high-gauge EatSmart precision sensors went to work and, each time I have used this scale, the numbers have been perfectly accurate.

I also love the way that, without having to tap to clear the display, you can get on and off of the Precision Tracker and have almost instant results. And, once you step away, the automatic shut off helps conserve energy so that it is ready for you the next time you want to check for any difference.

As for the scale itself, the touch screen interface and automatic person identifier truly make this one of the most unique and user-friendly bathroom scales that I have seen. After each use, the scale displays three readings: current weight, weight change from the last weigh in, and total change from the starting weight.

I found that it only took a handful of times of using the Precision Tracker before I was already used to seeing the three readings and being able to focus on the overall goal of a healthier weight, instead of just being disappointed in seeing no change or a small 0.2 difference. This scale helps keep the motivation level high and reminds users that every little bit counts!

With the ability to store personal data for up to eight users (and a maximum weight off 400 pounds), the EatSmart Precision Tracker Digital Bathroom Scale is just the thing to have for the entire family to stay on track when it comes to holiday eating.
