Which is why moms everywhere can appreciate just about any tips and tricks for keeping the balancing act of life in order. One such tip comes from Audrey McClelland, founder of MomGenerations.com, who has four children under the age of eight (and another on the way): stick with what works.
That’s why Audrey (and moms everywhere) can be excited about the launch of Pampers Swaddlers in sizes 4 and 5, and their availability at Target!
I was an extremely big fan of Swaddlers when both Big Sister E and Little Sister B were babies and remember being disappointed when they each outgrew these high quality, dependable diapers. Audrey sums it up best:
"Swaddlers is a diaper I've always loved, and I'm thrilled that it is now available at Target in bigger sizes. Now moms can keep their little ones in Swaddlers throughout all of their diaper-wearing years."
Want a few more tips from Audrey on how to make the day easier?
- Get ready the night before, as mornings are usually hectic for parents. Don't be late to work or a morning appointment because you're looking for your tot's missing sock. Take some time the night before to get everything you need ready for the day.
- Don't over commit. It's ok to say "no" once in a while. As parents we all feel like we need to be superhuman, but that's just not realistic. Know your breaking point, and try to avoid any "extra" stress by not overextending yourself. You're not a bad parent if you don't volunteer for a bake sale or sign your kids up for every activity under the sun.
- Set goals for the day. The best way to accomplish your tasks, whether it be to get your kids’ closets cleaned out or prepare for a big presentation at work, is to have a plan. Take some time to make a list of things you need to do each day. Prioritize and think about what really needs to be done first.
If you want to hear more from Audrey herself about ways to make Mom's life easier, then be sure to join her (@AudreyMcClellan), @MomItForward and a panel of experts at the Girls' Night Out Twitter Party on Tuesday, January 22nd from 9-10pm EST.
Visit the RSVP page on the Mom it Forward website for more details about the party (hashtags will be #gno and #4to5xEasier) and find out more about the party-specific giveaway (a $140 prize pack!) on the giveaway page.
But that's not all! Along with the excitement over the debut of larger sizes of Pampers Swaddlers at Target, you can save some money on your next purchase at the same time. From January 27th to February 2nd, Target guests will receive a free $20 Target Gift Card with an in-store purchase of two Pampers Swaddlers, Cruisers, or Baby Dry Economy Packs!
Thanks to the generosity of Proctor & Gamble, one person will be even more excited about the launch of Swaddlers in larger sizes at Target, because...
One lucky person will win a Pampers Swaddlers at Target Prize Pack*!
*Prize Pack includes: (1) $10 Target gift card, (1) The First Years Deluxe Fold and Go diapering kit, (1) package of Pampers wipes (64 count) and (1) sample of Pampers Swaddlers (size 4/5).
.
A big thank you to P&G for providing a prize pack for me as well as for one lucky giveaway winner. The opinions shared are my own and honest and if you really need to see more, click here to see how I roll.
