In celebration of our nation's brave soldiers who have returned from service and are making a difference in their communities, this June Dollar General and Procter & Gamble have teamed up to honor all of our military as Every Day Heroes.
To celebrate and honor military service, Dollar General chose Sparky Edwards as its Every Day Hero for June 2013.
Sparky exemplifies the Every Day Hero. Once an at-risk teenager, Sparky turned his life around with the help of a National Guard youth academy and the fresh start helped him earn his GED and enter the military.
He is now a retired, decorated military veteran who served in South Korea and Iraq as well as a successful business owner, pursuing his PhD and paying it forward by volunteering to mentor at-risk teenagers. Amazing!
Just as our military families have made a commitment to our country, Dollar General is committed to delivering valuable savings on America's favorite brands every day. The June P&G brandSAVER arrived in local newspapers this past Sunday, June 2nd and, as you can use P&G brandSAVER coupons at Dollar General, it makes it even easier to get high-quality P&G products at rock bottom prices!
If you haven't been shopping at the Dollar General near you, you're missing out! Keep an eye out for their circular and then combine those offers with P&G brandSAVER coupons to fully extend your budget. Why wouldn't you want to take advantage of even more savings on everyone's favorite brands like Tide, Downy, Febreze and Gain?
Also, thanks to the generosity of P&G, one person will soon be able to do some extra shopping and try out some awesome products for themselves, because...
One lucky person will receive a Procter & Gamble Prize Pack*!
*Prize Pack includes (1) $10 Dollar General gift card, (1) Gain Fireworks in-wash scent booster for your laundry, (1) Gain Bar dryer bar that lasts up to 3 months, and (1) Febreze Car Clip that eliminates odors and releases a fresh scent.
A big thank you to Procter & Gamble for providing an Every Day Heroes Prize Pack for me as well as for one lucky giveaway winner. The opinions shared are my own and honest and if you really need to see more, click here to see how I roll.
