Thinking about havent used mine for awhile. This is the best creation ever. i like making swedish meatballs oh it simmers up yhe flvor so ggood. Then i like to put a whole chicken stuffed with saffron rice and cook for 6-7 hours . ok im hungry now .

I love making chili in the crock pot!
French Onion Beef, it is just round steak and a can of french onion soup. When it's done, I make stuffing with the juice and serve the beef and stuffing together. It is so good.
I love throwing some frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot with some salsa, lime juice and chicken stock. It comes out perfect!

Slow cooked pulled pork roast.
I just made a wonderful pork roast with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and pork gravy. The pork loin was so tender from cooking in the crock pot.

I love doing a slow-cooked pork shoulder in vinegar (yes, it does stink up the house a bit) til it's fall-off-the-bone, then shred it, cover it with BBQ sauce & do sandwiches with slaw.
One of all time favorites is an Italian White Bean, Sausage, Fennel and Escarole Soup we used to enjoy at a long gone restaurant and it took me a very long time to come with an almost exact version of it - which I have since made even better!
Success! But it was a real drag to make! I bet making it in a Crock Pot would be a real joy - and improve the taste even more!
