A Delicious Afternoon at Berry Fresh Frozen Yogurt Thanks to Restaurant.com {#ReviewCrew}

Typically when we talk about fast food, we think of the classic standards... and, even if our conscience says that we shouldn't be eating them, the convenience (and taste) ends up winning out. Life is often a crazy, hectic, busy rush from one location to the next, so being able to grab a quick meal to keep us going can be a necessity.

Fortunately though, there are options other than fast food chains and the same old, same old that we're used to.

Thanks to Restaurant.com, our most recent (delicious) discovery that provides affordability, flavor and speed is Berry Fresh Frozen Yogurt in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

A combination frozen yogurt shop and cafe, our visit to Berry Fresh sums up everything that we love about Restaurant.com and the ability it gives to discover something new (a new restaurant, a new cuisine, a new deal, and more).

We happened to be driving through Oshkosh, pulled up the Restaurant.com app to see what was in the area, and voilà! Our certificate was purchased and ready for use by the time we had pulled into the parking lot.

Once inside, we found that Berry Fresh had even more than we had expected. No matter if you are coming in for a full meal or just stopping by for a sweet treat, this colorful, friendly spot has it all!

As we were just stopping in for a break from our drive, we opted to check out the full menu to see what Berry Fresh had to offer that could be taken back in the car.

The answer was sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, smoothies, shakes, and much more! Yum!

After much discussion, we ordered smoothies (and a Chicken BLT Wrap for my husband) and sat back to enjoy the clean, modern decor of the cafe while we waited.

Of course the girls were wide-eyed checking out all of the delicious create-your-own frozen yogurt flavors and the HUGE variety of toppings that could be customized along with them...

...but we also got quite a giggle over the adorable cat photos included in this wall art!

It only took a matter of minutes for our order and, after saying goodbye to the warm, welcoming staff, we were back on our way... albeit in much more cheerful moods than before we had stopped into Berry Fresh. With such tasty items for each of us, is there really any wonder why?

Not pictured: two more smoothies that the girls wouldn't stop drinking. No one wanted to share, so it was a good thing we ordered four!

Could we have saved five minutes by going into one of the many chain restaurants that we passed instead of visiting Berry Fresh? Probably. But having made this new discovery of such a unique and delectable, locally-owned establishment made it well worth the extra time. Our smoothies (and wrap) were amazing, we saved a bundle by using a Restaurant.com certificate, and everyone ended up happy!
